Hi! I am playing same map. I suggest to download mod Better Contracts where You can adjust lot of things. Feature You are talikng about is "Lazy NPC" feature in that mod, where You can put all NPCs to be lazy and give most of works to contracts. I recomend to download it directly from GitHub, since version there is more recent than in Modhub.

TIP: all new contracts are generated in first 10-15 min. of first day of the month after midnight. Sometimes NPC "decides" to do it itself and contract disapears before You can accept it.

I have one error that bugs me since UMRV map V2.0. It comes out as soon I start to fertilize or herbicide fields. This error loops all the time while using sprayers.
